The Rover Scouts Philippines - Circle 34 is the senior section of the Scouting Movement under the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, composed of young men and women ages 15-30 who are committed to the ideals of leadership, service, and brotherhood. As the final stage of youth Scouting, Rover Scouting equips members with life skills, moral values, and opportunities to serve their communities while fostering camaraderie and outdoor adventure. Rover Scouting is more than a program-it is a way of life. Rooted in the Scout Oath and Law, Rover Scouts dedicate themselves to becoming responsible citizens and active contributors to nation-building. The organization provides its members with platforms for personal growth, service-oriented projects, and leadership development while encouraging fellowship among youth from diverse backgrounds. Objectives: To cultivate responsible and service-oriented leaders who embody the values of Scouting in their daily lives. To organize and implement meaningful community service projects that address social, cultural, and environmental needs. To provide opportunities for personal growth, skills development, and outdoor adventure among members. To instill patriotism, civic responsibility, and commitment to nation-building. To promote inclusivity, unity, and respect across diverse communities and faiths. To strengthen solidarity and cooperation with fellow Rover Scouts locally and internationally through Rover Moots, camps, and service initiatives
