The Toastmasters of PPSci (TOPPSci) is a student-led group in Puerto Princesa City National Science High School that aims to cultivate excellent communicators and inspire leaders in the PPSci community. TOPPSci was established to create a supportive environment for advancement. It serves as a platform for members to practice public speaking, improve their leadership abilities, and gain confidence. The organization promotes friendship, integrity, and excellence among its members under the direction of its faculty adviser and officials, while also representing the school in different competitions and leadership events. TOPPSci aims to create a community of articulate and empowered students who actively contribute to positive change in their school and community. In accordance with this goal, the organization guarantees that every member has meaningful opportunities for personal and professional development, teamwork, and service. TOPPSci will pursue the following objectives: 1. Members should be trained to improve their presentation, debate, and oratory skills. 2. Develop learners' confidence, leadership skills, and cohesiveness. 3. Provide opportunities for members to practice public speaking in both formal and informal situations. 4. Create an environment of respect, encouragement, and excellence at PPSci. 5. Participate in communication, leadership, and public speaking competitions and activities to represent the school. TOPPSci's objectives reflect its dedication to empowering students to be confident speakers and responsible leaders in both the school and the larger community.
