The Congregation of Allied Responders for Emergencies (PSU-CARE) is a university-wide organization under the College of Nursing and Health Sciences (CNHS) and the Office of the University Disaster Risk Reduction (UDRR) of Palawan State University–Main Campus. The official office of the organization is located at the CNHS Building, PSU, Tiniguiban Heights, Puerto Princesa City. PSU-CARE serves as a student-led emergency response group dedicated to promoting preparedness, safety, and resilience within the university and the community. It unites students from different colleges who share a commitment to service, teamwork, and leadership in times of emergencies, disasters, and health-related concerns. The organization acts as the front line of assistance during university events and activities by providing medical aid, first aid response, and disaster risk reduction initiatives. It also serves as a training ground for students to enhance their knowledge and skills in emergency care, disaster response, and community service, preparing them to become competent responders and future professionals. Objectives of PSU-CARE: 1. To provide immediate and reliable first aid and emergency response services during campus activities and emergencies. 2. To promote disaster risk reduction awareness, safety practices, and health education among students and the community. 3. To enhance the skills and competencies of members through training, workshops, and hands-on experience in emergency care and disaster management. 4. To foster unity, leadership, and volunteerism among students from different colleges in service to the university and society. 5. To support the goals of Palawan State University in promoting a safe, resilient, and health-conscious environment. PSU-CARE stands as a symbol of readiness, compassion, and dedication, embodying the spirit of service that extends beyond the campus into the wider community
