The Samahan ng mga Lingkod Bayan ng Kinabuksan (SALBA) is an accredited student organization composed of Bachelor in Public Administration Students of the University of Caloocan City. It was established with the primary aim of serving as a platform for academic enrichment, leadership development, and values formation among students who aspire to pursue careers and public service. Objectives: 1. To provide programs, semianrs, and activities that enhance the academic competence and leadership skills of its members. 2. To cultivate among students the value of integrity, accountability, transparency and ethical service as fundamental principles of Good Governance 3. T foster unity, camaredie, and professional growth among public administration students through cooperative undertakings and organizational initiatives Through these objectives, SALBA reaffirms its commitment to serve as as training ground for future servant-leaders dedicated to advancing integrity, and excellence in Public Service
