This mission directly promotes Active Citizenship among the youth. a) Promoting active youth participation in governance and community development; b) Conducting programs aligned with SK Centers of Participation; c) Enhancing youth leadership skills and civic values; d) Fostering unity, volunteerism, and mutual respect; e) Serving as a platform for youth voices, talents, and aspirations; f) Establishing partnerships with youth-serving organizations for civic engagement; g) Supporting SK and Barangay Council initiatives for youth development.
