The PANABO YOUTH RESPONDERS ORGANIZATION is a duly recognized youth organization by the City of Government of Panabo. This organization is a community-based organization which aims to conduct training and seminars for the youth in disaster preparedness. The training and seminars are not limited to natural disasters but also to unforeseen events that needed an immediate response. The organization envisions conducting training and seminars in each barangay located in Panabo City and aims to have a proper and immediate response to disasters and unforeseen events.
