It acts as the voice of the student body—informing, inspiring, and empowering learners while upholding the values of truth, fairness, and integrity in every publication. The objective of the Brain Twigs Student Publication is to foster responsible journalism and creative expression among students by informing the school community about important events and issues, providing a venue for student voices and talents, developing the skills of aspiring writers and artists, and promoting ethical and balanced reporting. It also seeks to strengthen unity and awareness within the school by highlighting achievements, addressing relevant concerns, and serving as a beacon of truth and creativity that reflects the identity, hopes, and aspirations of Katalicanan High School students.
