BISIG Isabela is a youth-led and student-centered organization established to serve as unifying arm of young leaders across the province of Isabela. Formed through the initiative and support of Vice Governor Francis Faustino “Kiko” A. Dy, the organization envisions itself as a platform where students and young leaders can collaborate, voice out their advocacies, and take part in meaningful programs that contribute to personal development and social change. This organization aims to unite young leaders and students across Isabela. To design and implement programs that enhance leadership skills, communication, and community participation among members, to strengthen partnership with educational institution, local government units, and other organizations in advancing youth-centered activities.
