The Perpetual Help College of Pangasinan - Campus Ministry aims to provide spiritual and moral formation for students, faculty, and staff by offering programs and activities that foster a personal encounter with God, rooted in Scripture and Church tradition. It seeks to strengthen Christian and Filipino values through liturgical celebrations, retreats, and recollections, while also building harmonious relationships with other Church ministries for a more dynamic Youth Ministry. Guided by the Perpetualite motto, "Character Building is Nation Building," it promotes the growth of strong personal and communal character, encouraging leadership, service, and social responsibility. The ministry empowers students to take active roles in leadership within the campus, nurturing their faith, character, and commitment to community outreach. Ultimately, it strives to instill Christian values that will inspire the youth to become living witnesses of Christ in their daily lives.
