The Tagum City Scholars’ Guild (TCSG) is an organization composed of scholars under the Expanded City Educational Scholarship Program (E-CESPRO) of the City Government of Tagum. Established on March 15, 2020, the Guild serves as a unifying body that upholds the values of education, empowerment, and engagement. It aims to foster academic excellence, leadership, and civic responsibility among scholars while promoting collaboration and active community participation. Through various programs, the TCSG strengthens the relationship between the scholars and the City Government, ensuring transparency, accountability, and shared growth within the academic and civic landscape of Tagum City. Objectives: To uphold and support the implementation of the Expanded City Educational Scholarship Program (E-CESPRO). To promote academic excellence, leadership development, and moral integrity among scholars. To encourage unity, cooperation, and active participation in organizational and community activities. To provide assistance and guidance to scholars in their academic and personal endeavors. To initiate and sustain community extension projects that contribute to the development and welfare of Tagum City. To maintain transparency, accountability, and good governance in all organizational undertakings.
