The organization shall have the following objectives: a. Ensure implementation of rules and regulations of the University as stipulated in the Students' Handbook. b. Promote and protect the general welfare of the students and the University. c. Enhance awareness and responsiveness to St. Paul University System's advocacies. d. Serve as the liaison between the Administration and the student body. e. Provide means and venues by which the principles of democracy, social responsibility, and good citizenship may be learned and practiced. f. Train members of student organizations and clubs on effective and efficient leadership. g. Provide and organize activities in line with the ideals of Paulinian education.
