Health, Education, Active Citizenship, Environment
The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) is the highest governing body of student leaders in the secondary level. It serves as the voice of the learners and a partner of the school administration in promoting student welfare, leadership, and active participation. Guided by the DepEd Core Values — Maka-Diyos, Maka-tao, Maka-kalikasan, at Maka-bansa, the SSLG aims to mold learners into responsible, compassionate, and service-oriented citizens who contribute positively to their school and community. The SSLG provides opportunities for students to lead, serve, and make their voices heard. It organizes projects and activities that promote unity, environmental awareness, respect for others, and love for the country. Through these efforts, the SSLG helps develop learners who are God-fearing (Maka-Diyos), caring and respectful toward others (Maka-tao), environmentally responsible (Maka-kalikasan), and patriotic (Maka-bansa). Objectives: 1. To represent the voice, rights, and welfare of all learners. 2. To uphold and practice the DepEd Core Values — Maka-Diyos, Maka-tao, Maka-kalikasan, at Maka-bansa — in all SSLG activities. 3. To develop leadership, teamwork, and responsibility among students. 4. To encourage participation in school and community programs that promote service and cooperation. 5. To foster environmental awareness and sustainable practices. 6. To strengthen unity and collaboration among learners, teachers, and administrators. 7. To implement meaningful projects that address student needs and inspire nation-building.
