Trentai Syete Youth (TSY) is a community-based, non-political, youth-led organization established to serve the residents of Blk 37, NBBS Dagatdagatan, Navotas. Guided by the mission to "Unite the Youth. Build the Block," TSY functions as the central platform for young people aged 15 to 30 to actively engage in civic responsibility, leadership training, and local development. TSY aims to transition from a temporary volunteer group into an "enduring pillar" by fostering a culture of active participation, transparency, and collaboration with local government and community stakeholders. Our focus is on harnessing the collective potential of our members to address local challenges and drive grassroots change, ensuring that the next generation of leaders in Blk 37 is skilled, confident, and committed to long-term progress. Objectives The Organization’s primary objectives are to: Develop Ethical Leadership: Equip every member with the necessary skills and confidence (academic, technical, and ethical) to pursue their dreams and become self-reliant, effective leaders. Facilitate Community Action: Organize and implement tangible, impactful projects through our working committees (Community Action & Wellness; Education & Skills Development) that directly improve the living conditions and overall well-being of the residents of Blk 37. Ensure Organizational Sustainability: Establish and uphold strong internal governance, financial transparency, and a clear succession plan to guarantee the organization endures across generations, passing on the torch of civic responsibility. Promote Social Cohesion: Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that actively encourages participation, reduces conflict, and unites the youth across different ages and backgrounds within the block.
