The Catanduanes Colleges - Supreme Secondary learner Government (CC-SSLG) is the highest governing student body of the High School Department, serving as the official representative of all learners. It functions as a unifying organization that ensures student participation in school activities, represents their voices in decision-making processes, and promotes holistic development through leadership, service, and values formation. Rooted in the ideals of responsible leadership and democratic governance, the CC-SSLG ats as a bridge between the students, the faculty, and the school administration, fostering harmony and cooperation in the pursuit of common goals. The CC-SSLG aims to develop young leaders who embody integrity, competence. and compassion. It provides opportunities for learners to actively engage in academic, cultural, and socio-civic activities that not only enhance personal growth but also contribute to the welfare of the school and the larger community. By leading meaningful programs, it instils a culture of service, responsibility, and collaboration, inspiring students to become catalysts of positive change. Specifically, the objectives of the CC-SSLG are as follows: 1. To promote and project the rights, welfare, and interests of learners. 2. To provide leadership training and opportunities that mold students into responsible and service-driven individuals. 3. To encourage active student participation in school and community programs. 4. To strengthen unity, discipline, and cooperation among student body. 5. To establish strong linkages with stakeholders inside and outside the school for the benefit of learners. 6. To implement innovative and meaningful projects that promote academic excellence, social awareness, and cultural appreciation. Through these efforts, the CC-SSLG stands as a symbol of student empowerment and a partner of the school in achieving its mission of nurturing component, responsible, and service-oriented individuals.
