The Sinag ng Hilaga Silvino Liubos Chapter commits itself to the total development of the youth of Silvino Lubos, Northern Samar for a more responsive, effective leadership and services in the organization, in the school, in their respective family, and the whole Filipino community. It shall endeavor to know Jesus Christ and He be known by the whole barangays of Silvino Lubos, Northern Samar. The Sinag ng Hilaga Silvino Lubos Chapter shall conduct symposium seminars, trainings, and workshops for the intellectual and moral enhancement of the youth. It shall uplift and promote justice and sound morality in the light of Christian ideals. The Sinag ng Hilaga Silvino Lubos Chapter shall actively support or/and participate in any youth or youth-serving organization’s undertakings which will promote peace, love, and unity in the community.
