The Supreme Student Council (SSC) of Pangantucan Community High School aligns well with the values of Conscience, Community, Care for Creation, Competence, and Christ Centeredness, which shape student leadership and service. Christ Centeredness. The SSC's responsibility is to inspire everyone to live by the teachings of Christ. By organizing different types of activities relating to following the Lord and promoting compassion, humility, discipleship, and selflessness. The SSC teaches the words of God and embodies them in every service to strengthen various religious sectors in the school community, encouraging students to live out their faith within and outside the school environment. Care for Creation. The SSC programs encourage students to be responsible for the environment, connecting to the value of care for creation, inititating environmental campaigns such as tree planting, recycling projects to value cleanliness in the community, aiming to manage the garbage that students produce, and promoting sustainable products made out of various wastes. Community. The central objective of the SSC is to promote unity out of diversity. Through school events and collaboration, the SSC creates a welcoming atmosphere where students can create bonds and a sense of belonging. This empahsizes the value of teamwork for the betterment of the school. The SSC strives to build a harmonious environment where everyone is appreciated and supported. Conscience. The SSC's responsibility is to uphold the students' obedience and respect. Strengthens the moral goodness of every student, such as their traits and habits, especially around the school community, nurturing their interaction with Christ and his creation. Competence. The SSC plays a crucial role in developing the students' competence through creating and running programs that help students improve their studies and develop important skills. The focus on competence prepares students not just academically but holistically.
