We, the officers of the Quirino State University Student Government, Cabarroguis Campus, imploring the aid of divine providence, drawn together by the singleness of aims and purposes, realizing the need to create and establish an organization to bring forth unity and harmonious relationship, promote effective commitment, moral uprightness, intellectual efficiency and excellence among students and embody our noble ideals and inspirations for the full recognition and enjoyment of rights and privileges to which we are justly entitled, do hereby ordain and promulgate this constitution and by-laws.
