The GARSHS – Supreme Secondary Learner Government is to act as the highest student-led governing body of General Artemio Ricarte Senior High School. This organization fosters leadership and empowers students to participate in school governance and activities. They serve as a voice for all student body, listening to all concerns and to stand for those who are unable to do so. Moreover, it is the umbrella organization that ensures coordination to all activities being implemented with their co-clubs and co-organizations inside the school. Furthermore, this organization implement programs, with objectives that aligns with the Department of Education’s (DepEd) core values: Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasa, Makabansa. And lastly, they promote student welfare and development, wherein it is ensured to address through a framework that aligns with DepEd’s national policy.
