The Student Organization of the College of Arts and Sciences at Western Philippines University-Puerto Princesa City Campus, aims to enhance the academic and social experience of its members by providing opportunities for students to develop their leadership and citizenship skills, ensuring that students' rights are balanced with the rights of educational institutions and promoting access to quality student services. The objectives of the Student Organization of the College of Arts and Sciences at Western Philippines University Puerto Princesa City Campus, focus on fostering student development, promoting academic excellence, enhancing campus life, fostering leadership skills, and building a sense of community among students, particularly: • Promoting academic excellence by encouraging students to achieve their highest academic potential through study groups, seminars, and academic competitions. • Enhancing student life by organizing social, cultural, and recreational activities to enrich the student experience and build a sense of community. • Encouraging leadership development by providing opportunities for students to develop leadership skills through roles in the organization and participation in events. • Implementing community services by engaging in community service projects to give back to the local community and promote social responsibility. • Advocating for student rights by representing the interests and concerns of students to the university administration and advocate for policies that benefit the student body. • Fostering professional development by offering seminars, and networking opportunities to help students prepare for their future careers. • Ensuring a balance between the rights of students and educational institutions These objectives aim to create a supportive and dynamic environment where students can grow academically, socially, and personally.
