The Governing Board of Students (GBS) of Great Heights Learning Center of Ilocos Sur serves as the official leadership body that represents the collective voice, interests, and welfare of the student community. Modeled after a student council, the GBS aims to foster leadership, responsibility, and participatory governance among students by providing them with opportunities to engage in school affairs, initiate youth-led programs, and promote academic excellence, discipline, and social involvement.
