The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) aims to promote environmental understanding and action through social, civic, intellectual, recreational, and science related programs and activities. The YES-O Objectives are: a.) be aware and create awareness in others of the state of the school's environment and ecology; b.) establish specific and doable programs, projects and activities to address issues and concerns regarding the environment and ecology of the school; c.) network with other government and non-government organizations including the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) and Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD), with regards to support and assist programs, projects, and activities conducted by the organization; d.) offer encouragement to peers on community participation and initiative in environmental and ecological activities; and, e.) develop the members in communities ability on proper environmental values, skills, and attitudes.
