The Human Resource Management Association (HUREMA) – Navotas Polytechnic College (NPC) is an academic organization under the Department of Business Administration that represents the student body of the Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) program. Established to promote unity, cooperation, and social responsibility, HUREMA serves as a platform for students to engage in both academic and non-academic activities that foster personal and professional growth. The organization provides a forum for the free exchange of ideas, encouraging collective decision-making and active participation in institutional development. It is committed to supporting the goals and objectives of Navotas Polytechnic College by formulating and implementing programs and projects that require collaboration between students and the administration.
