As the Adviser, my role is to guide the organization in achieving its mission by providing mentorship, ensuring alignment with institutional policies, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and inclusivity. Through close coordination with student leaders, I aim to support the group in planning and executing programs that enhance leadership skills, promote volunteerism, and contribute to both personal and community growth. To develop leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills among members through active participation and capacity-building activities. To promote social awareness and community involvement through outreach, advocacy, and partnership programs. To build a strong network of youth leaders committed to positive change within and beyond the school community
