NormaliSTAR is a youth-led, student-led, and community-based organization of LGBTQIA+ students and allies from Cebu Normal University. It is a local, non-governmental, and advocacy organization established to promote visibility, inclusivity, research-based action, and genuine representation of all LGBTQIA+ Normalites and allies on all campuses of Cebu Normal University. NormaliSTAR’s Vision is to be an organization for everyone, offer a safe space for all, and provide genuine representation for all LGBTQIA+ Normalites on discussions, actions, and platforms that falls under its scope, interests, and goals by implementing activities and movements that empowers, promote, represents, and sparks participation and dialogue between students, administrations, alumni, and every single person in the university and the community it belongs.
