Education

The Society of English Writers and Speakers (SEWS) is the Registered Student Organization (RSO) for the Bachelor of Secondary Education – Major in English students under the PHINMA University of Pangasinan’s College of Education and Liberal Arts. We aim to improve our members’ fluency and accuracy in both oral and written language, encompassing both academic and literary aspects. We develop our members’ English, language, pedagogical, and professional skills and competencies through purposeful and meaningful seminars, workshops, and competitions. We also extend these development opportunities to the community via programs that target student development in various schools in Dagupan and Pangasinan.
