Supreme Student Council (SSC). – An organization of student leaders shall be known as follows (A) The highest governing body of the university shall, here-forth, be known as the Supreme Student Council. This organization serves as the representative of the entire student body in matters concerning rights, welfare, and participation. It will be composed of duly elected and willful student officers which stem from various year levels and departments of the institution, as stipulated in the constitution and the by-laws of the organization. (B) The Supreme Student Council (SSC) shall elect, through democratic means, its officers/members. These are composed of: the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Auditor, the Public Relations Officer, and the Business Manager. Other officers shall be elected as deemed necessary for the demand of the proper conduction of its function and programs for the benefit of its constituents. As for the process of election, the school’s Office for Student Affairs and/or the Supreme Student Council Advisers shall facilitate the conduct of an election, strictly highlighting the fairness and the democratic right of each student in choosing the leaders that match the values of a supreme student leader. It shall be held within the first month of the academic year, or as determined by the administration of the university (C) The supreme student council shall embody and represent as the beacon of the student body of the University of Perpetual Health System Dalta - Molino Campus in official school activities, student assemblies, meetings with the school administration, and ensure that all SSC activities are well conducted in accordance with the school policies, the constitution, and the by-laws of the Supreme Student Council.
