Lion City Youth Inc. (LCY) is a youth-led, non-profit organization in Santa Rosa, Laguna, committed to empowering young individuals to become proactive, service-driven, and visionary leaders. Guided by the tagline “Unleash the Roar Within,” LCY unites its members, known as Roaring Lions, under a shared mission of leadership, unity, and service. The organization promotes capacity building, mentorship, and civic engagement to develop skills in governance, communication, and community development. Through partnerships with government, schools, and private sectors, LCY advances youth participation in policymaking and fosters inclusive, sustainable, and socially just initiatives. Upholding integrity, accountability, and compassion, LCY inspires the youth to be active citizens who lead change and build a stronger, empowered community.
