The Bicol University Tabaco College Student Council (BU Tabaco CSC) is the highest governing body representing all students of BU Tabaco Campus. It serves as the official voice of the student body, provides channels for expressing concerns and ideas, and works closely with administrators and organizations to promote student welfare. The council leads programs that support academic growth, student rights, leadership development, and active participation in campus life. Through its assemblies and committees, the BU Tabaco CSC ensures transparency, accountability, and meaningful engagement among students. The main objectives of the BU Tabaco CSC are to represent student interests, uphold their rights, and address concerns through proper procedures. It aims to develop holistic programs that enhance students’ intellectual, social, spiritual, and physical well-being. The council also seeks to build a culture of service, leadership, and responsible citizenship, while promoting transparency in its operations and supporting initiatives that improve the overall student experience. Ultimately, the BU Tabaco CSC works to unite, empower, and serve the BU Tabaco student community.
