The Organization strives to uphold its objectives by promoting the leadership skills and personal development of its members through programs, workshops, and training. It seeks to enhance student engagement by encouraging active participation in the activities of both the Organization and the School of Local Governance. To ensure unity, it emphasizes strong communication and collaboration among members while also supporting their academic excellence through various initiatives. Beyond academics, the Organization engages students in social issues and advocacies concerning Public Administration by conducting community outreach, advocacy campaigns, and policy analysis initiatives. It also works toward organizational sustainability and growth, ensuring that its goals and programs endure for future members. Central to these efforts is the embodiment of good governance and leadership—values essential to the practice of Public Administration. Finally, the Organization aims to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by fostering a department committed to responsible and responsive governance.
