A youth movement formed to support the barangay by encouraging and preparing young residents to serve as guides and first responders in the event of any danger. The organization envisions building a community of welltrained, disciplined, and responsive youth in Brgy. Maulong, who are ready to act in emergencies, provide immediate first aid, and promote a culture of safety, volunteerism, and resilience among their fellow citizens.
