Iskolar ng Probinsya – Laoang Chapter is a youth-led organization composed of dedicated student-scholars from the municipality of Laoang, united by the goal of promoting education, community service, and youth empowerment. The organization serves as a platform for scholars to engage in leadership development, civic participation, and social initiatives that uplift fellow youth and contribute to the progress of Laoang and the Province of Northern Samar. Through collaborative projects, outreach programs, and capacity-building activities, Iskolar ng Probinsya – Laoang Chapter embodies the spirit of excellence, volunteerism, and bayanihan among the youth sector.
