The Cebu Normal University – Bachelor of Public Administration Students’ Organization is the official academic organization representing students of the Bachelor of Public Administration program. It is also an organization recognized under the mother council of the university, the CNU-SSC. It was established in the year 2011 with the vision of fostering leadership, integrity, and public service. The organization aims to promote academic excellence, civic responsibility, and social awareness among its members through a variety of programs, activities, and community outreach initiatives. By engaging in activities that encourage collaboration, volunteerism, and good governance, BAPASO seeks to strengthen the spirit of unity and service within the academic community. Guided by the principles of accountability, transparency, and ethical leadership, BAPASO continues to uphold its mission of producing competent, service-oriented, and socially responsible future public servants. The organization envisions its members as catalysts for positive change, leaders who embody the values of good governance and are committed to the betterment of society. Through collective effort, dedication, and shared purpose, BAPASO remains steadfast in its pursuit of academic growth, community engagement, and public service excellence.
