The Uppers Youth Club is an independent and non-profit youth organization, most especially not attached nor affiliated to any government agency, that aims to collaborate to any organization that shares the same objective which is to help empower the youth. In the context of Uppers Youth Club, our main priority is to focus in creating programs and projects within the area of J.V Panganiban Street of Barangay Onse, where 50 and more children and are residing. The neighborhoods under the vicinity of the abovementioned youth organization have become one of the strong pillars of Barangay Onse, San Juan City. Known as one of most active youth organizations in the said barangay.
