The Baluarte Young Women’s Council (BaYWoC) is a youth organization dedicated to empowering young women of Barangay Baluarte through leadership, personal development, and active community participation. It provides a supportive space where members can build confidence, learn new skills, and engage in activities that promote growth, inclusivity, and gender awareness. BaYWoC aims to strengthen the role of young women in community building by offering opportunities for leadership training, advocacy, and volunteer work. Through collaboration with the Sangguniang Kabataan and various community partners, the organization helps young women become responsible, equipped, and service-oriented individuals. Objectives: 1. To develop leadership, confidence, and life skills among young women. 2. To promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. 3. To support active involvement in barangay programs and youth decision-making. 4. To advocate for gender equality and women’s rights. 5. To implement community projects that encourage volunteerism and social responsibility.
