Angat Kabataan Pilipinas Payatas is a community-based, independent, and non-partisan youth organization dedicated to empowering the young people of Barangay Payatas, Quezon City. Guided by its mission of building a united youth sector where every individual has a voice, access to opportunities, and the means to pursue a decent livelihood, the organization envisions itself as a strong partner in shaping a just, inclusive, and sustainable community. At its core, Angat Kabataan Payatas seeks to enhance the welfare and quality of life of the youth through programs that promote education, sustainable livelihood, civic engagement, and social responsibility.
