Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo – Delpan Chapter serves as the youth arm and advocacy program of the Manila Police District, Delpan Police Station (PS12). It is dedicated to empowering young people as active partners in promoting a safe, peaceful, and drug-free community across Barangays 18, 20, and 275 in the City of Manila.
