Tech-Education Advocates and Movers of Sipalay (TEAMS) is a youth organization based in Sipalay City that aims to help young people become skilled, confident, and responsible users of technology. It serves as a learning and support community for Sipalaynon youth who want to explore the world of digital tools, online opportunities, and innovation. TEAMS believes that technology can open doors to education, jobs, and community development. Through workshops, training, and hands-on activities, the organization helps members learn about topics such as digital literacy, online safety, basic coding, social media use, and tech-related careers. TEAMS also encourages teamwork and leadership among youth by using technology to solve real problems in the community. It works closely with schools, local government units, and other organizations to promote digital learning and inclusion for all. Objectives: 1. To teach Sipalaynon youth important digital skills through training, workshops, and projects. 2. To help members use technology responsibly and creatively in school, work, and daily life. 3. To prepare youth for future jobs and online opportunities, such as freelancing and entrepreneurship. 4. To support projects that use technology to improve the community and address local issues. 5. To build a network of young innovators who share ideas, mentor each other, and inspire positive change. In short, TEAMS aims to empower the youth of Sipalay to become tech-smart, community-driven, and future-ready citizens.
