he Senior Red Cross Youth (SRCY) of Ragay National Agricultural and Fisheries School is a student-led organization under the Philippine Red Cross Youth program. It is composed of dedicated student volunteers who promote humanitarian values, health awareness, safety, and community service. The organization encourages youth to be compassionate, responsible, and service-oriented leaders guided by the seven fundamental principles of the Red Cross: Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity, and Universality. SRCY members are trained in basic first aid, disaster preparedness, and emergency response to help ensure readiness in times of crisis. They lead and support various activities such as health campaigns, school safety drills, community outreach, and environmental initiatives. These efforts help build a culture of safety, compassion, and volunteerism among students. The main objectives of the SRCY are to develop leadership, discipline, and teamwork among the youth, to raise awareness on health and disaster preparedness, and to encourage active involvement in school and community programs. Through its projects and initiatives, the SRCY aims to shape responsible young individuals who are committed to helping others and making a positive impact within their school and community.
