Establish strong and enduring linkages with local government units, civil society organizations, academic institutions, and other youth-serving organizations. 3. Design and implement programs, projects, and advocacies that are responsive to the evolving needs of young people in the municipalities. 4. Uphold the principles of accountability, transparency, participatory leadership, and integrity in all organizational undertakings. 5. Serve as a unifying body of youth leaders and advocates across municipalities, fostering solidarity and collective action.
