The University Volunteer Corps (UVC) is a university-wide organization of PHINMA University of Pangasinan, dedicated to promoting the values of volunteerism, leadership, and service among students. Serving as the official support group of the University Student Council (USC) and its allied student organization, the UVC provides manpower and assistance in the planning and implementation of various programs, projects, and activities that strengthen student involvement and community engagement. The organization upholds integrity, responsibility, and commitment by promoting genuine volunteerism and active participation in university and civic affairs. It aims to develop service-driven student leaders who embody compassion, humility, and purpose in contributing to the university and the wider community.
