BRIEF DESCRIPTION The 4-H Club of San Fabian is a community-based youth organization in Munivipality of San Fabian, Pangasinan dedicated to fostering holistic development among young people through programs centered on agriculture, leadership, and community service. Since its establishment in 2013, the organization has continuously provided opportunities for the youth to enhance their skills, strengthen their values, and contribute meaningfully to the socio-economic growth of San Fabian. Guided by the 4-H principles—Head, Heart, Hands, and Health—the club strives to empower youth to become responsible leaders, productive citizens, and active partners in community development. Through workshops, trainings, volunteer activities, and livelihood initiatives, the 4-H Club aims to build a supportive environment where young individuals can learn, lead, and serve. OBJECTIVES To develop leadership skills among the youth of San Fabian through capacity-building, training, and hands-on community involvement. To promote agricultural awareness and productivity by engaging members in sustainable farming, agribusiness initiatives, and environmental stewardship programs. To encourage active citizenship by fostering participation in community projects, local governance engagements, and volunteer activities. To strengthen camaraderie and values formation by providing programs that build character, teamwork, and social responsibility. To support youth empowerment by offering opportunities for personal growth, livelihood development, and education-related activities. To uphold the 4-H philosophy (Head, Heart, Hands, Health) in all organizational programs to ensure the holistic well-being and capability of every member.
