The TVL Expert's Club is a Curricular organization dedicated to nurturing students' skills and interests in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) Culinary Arts (HE), and information and communication Technology (ICT). Guided by the TVL Curriculum, the club provides opportunities for members to develop technical expertise, leadership, critical thinking, and a strong sense of civic responsibility.
