BRIEF DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES (maximum of 300 words only) The Pag-asa KLikK (Koalisyon ng mga Lider para sa Katipunan ng Kabataan) is a youth-led coalition organized to unite the young people of Barangay Pag-asa under one strong alliance that represents their voices, aspirations. and collective strength. Established to complement and support the Sangguniang Kabataan, the coalition serves as the formal body of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, ensuring that youth participation in governance, community development, and nation-building is not only encouraged but institutionalized. It is designed to empower the next generation by providing a dynamic platform where young leaders can express their ideas, develop their skills, and translate their passion into meaningful action. Pag-asa KLIKK centers its programs and advocacies on seven key areas that reflect the most pressing concerns and opportunities of today's youth. In the area of education, the coalition works to promote access to quality learning, skills development, and lifelong opportunities that prepare the youth for future challenges. In terms of the environment, it advocates for sustainable practices, conservation, and proactive climate action to protect the community's natural resources. In terms of health, it emphasizes wellness, nutrition, and mental health awareness as vital foundations for a strong and resilient generation. Governance is also a core focus, as the organization instills transparency, accountability, and participatory leadership to ensure that the youth sector has a genuine role in shaping local policies and decisions. At the same firm, the coalition promotes active citizenship by nurturing volunteerism, civic responsibility, and service to the community.
