Lagaday o Dariday meaning "Bagr O Kangodaan" is an organization at the Municipality of Tugaya consisting of youth all around Tugaya who have the same mission, vision, and objectives. It was established on December 17, 2020, by the founder, a youth leader named Nasib A. Aquino. A mission that this organization have been working on it is to give value to the youth of their community and hopefully, to the whole world as well. The organization aims to enact changes and inspire their fellow youth in making their community a better place for the future generations to come. The organization aspire to be the voice of their fellow youths and to develop skills and capabilities that the youth can be. Additionally, the organization envision a society where the voices of the youth are heard, and actions are implemented for the enhancement for the world. "Preserving the Youth for Better Tomorrow" is a theme that this organization has been advocating for. This was also the 1st ever theme that the organization used since its first workshop. Furthermore, the following are the events and programs that the Lagaday o Dariday have implementd since its was established.
