The Cebu Normal University Balamban - Education Council (CNUB-EC) is the official student government of the College of Teacher Education in CNU Balamban. It represents all undergraduate Education students, promotes democratic participation, protects student welfare, and strengthens unity within the campus. The Council works with students, faculty, and the administration to build a supportive environment that encourages growth, leadership, and academic excellence. Its goals include amplifying the students' voice, defending their rights, fostering camaraderie, and encouraging active involvement in school activities. The CNUB-EC also creates programs that develop skills needed for future educators, train students for responsible leadership, and improve communication across the CTE community. As the student body's official representative, it ensures that student concerns are heard and aligns its work with the campus' Supreme Student Council (SSC).
