As the PYAP president, Ronah Eliza M. Cañoneo holds an important role in guiding and supporting the youth in her community. Her main duty is to lead the organization with respect, honesty, and responsibility; she serves as the voice of the youth and works to make sure their needs and concerns are heard. Her position requires her to plan and lead activities that will help the youth grow, learn, and become more active in the community. She coordinates with her fellow officers, barangay leaders, and other partners to create programs that are helpful and meaningful. In her leadership, she aims to build a safe and welcoming environment where every member feels included and encouraged to take part. Her main goals as president include creating simple but effective programs for youth development, community service, leadership, etc. She also aims to strengthen teamwork among members by promoting open communication and cooperation.
