The Kauswagan Active Youth for Achievement (KAYA) aims to empower the youth of Barangay Kauswagan by nurturing their leadership potential, promoting active civic engagement, and encouraging volunteerism. The organization is committed to supporting quality education through academic programs and skills development, while also advancing health and well-being by promoting physical fitness, mental health awareness, and a drug-free lifestyle. It strives to protect the environment through sustainable practices and community-based environmental activities.
