Economic Empowerment

This organization shall be known as Capital R (Council for Assistance, Progress, Investment, Training, Accountability, and Leadership of Rosario), a youth-led financial initiative established by the Sangguniang Kabataan. It functions as a council of community-based savings and micro-lending program designed to support the financial needs of the youth, particularly for school-related expenses. Objectives: 1. To promote financial literacy and responsible money management among the youth. 2. To provide accessible micro-loans to members for school-related and essential needs. 3. To encourage savings and productive financial habits. 4. To strengthen youth participation in community-based socio-economic programs. 5. To maintain transparent and accountable financial operations through regular reporting and documentation.
