Section 1. The basic aim of the Rosario Community Red Cross Youth Council to work with the Philippine Red Cross, Cavite Chapter to develop among the youth the spirit of humanitarianism and social service by giving them opportunities to participate in relevant Red Cross activities within the framework of the organization. Section 2. The objective of the Rosario Community Red Cross Youth Council are: 2.1 To work with the Philippine Red Cross, in the formulation of policies and in the management of the youth programs. 2.2. To serve as the focal point of coordination of all Rosario Community Red Cross Youth Council Councils 2.3. To assist and advice the Rosario Community Red Cross Youth Council in the development and promotion of the Red Cross Youth program.
