The PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ROAD YOUTH ORGANIZATION INC. is an inclusive youth organization dedicated to empowering the youth of the Primary and Secondary Road communities. Open to all genders, the organization seeks to cultivate leadership, volunteerism, and active engagement in community development. It works in close partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), the Barangay Council, and other youth organizations to implement programs that enhance social, educational, cultural, environmental, and moral development. The organization provides a platform for youth participation in local governance, community projects, and collaborative initiatives with other youth groups. It emphasizes gender inclusivity, respect for diversity, and equal opportunities, ensuring all members can participate fully in leadership roles, decision making, and organizational activities. Members are encouraged to contribute actively to community programs such as environmental protection, sports and recreation, education skills development, health and social welfare, cultural activities, and public service initiatives.
